On-Site was founded in 1996 by Virginia Siegel, CEO and Zulema Garcia, CFO. They started their mission in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, providing only drug testing services to the local refineries during shutdowns. One foreign body in the eye later… and their idea for a 24-hour mobile first-aid response was born. Like most ground-breaking businesses, the path held many challenges along the way, but by keeping their core values of respect, responsibility, and honesty in the forefront, On-Site has continued to provide the finest mobile health and safety services available to employers.
