How do you create an account with us?

To create an account with us please go to the below link and fill out a new company protocol. It should only take a minute or two. Once received a member of our Customer Service Department will set up the account and confirm receipt with you. Confirmation is typically received within 1-2 business days. Set up a Protocol.

Why do we have you create a company account?

We ask companies to create an account with us, so we have on file the information for who to send the
reports and invoices to. A quick turn-around time is often needed for the documentation of many
services we provide. Having an account on file with us will ensure that the reports are sent to your
company as efficiently as possible.

What are the qualifications of our technicians?

Most of our technicians that respond to injuries have experience as EMTs, Paramedics, Military medics,
or LVNs. We also hire some Medical Assistants, who are mostly responsible for jobs such as drug screens,
respiratory services, training classes, etc. Our technicians all graduate from our in-house academy, which
gives them classroom and field practice for all our services. They also earn an OSHA 30 certificate

How can you schedule services?

To schedule a service, you may call us at (866) 998- 2750 or go to https://oshs-dispatch.com, fill out the form, and a member of our Communications Department will contact you to review
and schedule the service.

What is our average response time for injuries?

Our response times vary depending on the volume of calls, weather, and traffic. On average, our
response time is about an hour to an hour and a half from the time of initial call. Contacts will be given
an estimated time of arrival upon speaking with a member of our Communications Department and will
be informed if that ETA changes, for any reason.

What if your employees are skeptical?

For some employees, having someone come directly to the jobsite and address their concerns is new, so
they may be uncomfortable at first. This is okay. We are more than happy to come out and speak with
your employees, shake hands, and answer their questions. We offer free introductory meetings and
presentations. We are happy to meet with employees in person to explain our services and
qualifications.

How do we collect payment?

We do not collect payments in the field. We send invoices out roughly 5-7 days after the service has
been completed. This ensures that your company only gets billed for the exact services provided.
Invoices either get emailed to the designated contact on file for the company. These details can be
arranged with our Billing Department.

When will your company receive the reports/ documentation of services?

The designated company contacts will receive all reports/ documentation of services via email as soon as
possible post service. For drug screens that get sent to the lab, reports will be emailed out once we have
received the results back from the lab. As new technology becomes available to us, report time is
reduced.

For any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to any member of our Customer Service Department.
